Community Resources

Every family’s needs are different and needs change over time. We want you to have access to the information you need to connect to our best community partners and ensure you have the resources you need to keep your family safe and healthy as you work toward your goals.
You’ll find the resources listed by topic. We do our best to ensure that these lists are current and that the services are affordable to your family. If you need assistance applying for or accessing these resources, please visit your Community Specialist.

Housing Stability

Housing Stability includes local and national resources that assist with paying rent and utilities, as well as basic necessities like food. This section also includes resources for disaster relief.

Child and Family Support

Child and Family Support includes resources to assist with raising a family, such as childcare, education, behavioral health, and assistance with caring for young children and babies.

Health and Wellness

Health and Wellness includes resources for physical and mental health, as well as preventative care, assistance with paying hospital bills, and resources specifically for people with disabilities.

Career and Education

Career and Education includes resources to assist you with finding employment, pursuing a career, or continuing your education—wherever you are in your career and educational journey.

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance covers banking, saving, tax preparation, and credit building. This page also has resources to assist with homeownership and general financial education.

Government and Community

Government and Community includes resources on voting, staying informed about local government, and community programs and activities so you can get involved locally without spending extra money.

Legal Resources

Legal Resources can assist you in securing free and low-cost legal assistance and learning more about legal topics.
